Bashar Al-Madani is an applied AI consultant and researcher at the leading edge of one of the most consequential transitions in business: the shift from digital transformation to AI transformation. Educated at Brunel University London, where he completed a degree in Business Computing followed by a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (AI), he brings an unusual combination of technical depth and genuine empathy for the people and organisations navigating that transition. His consultancy work focuses on practical AI implementation, helping organisations connect AI to their existing software and systems through Application Programming Interfaces (API) integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic workflows, alongside training that empowers people to work confidently with AI. His particular focus is on using AI to take the load off people, not replace them, so human judgement remains at the heart of every decision that matters. From September 2026, Bashar will begin a PhD focused on startups and the startup ecosystem, bringing the same curiosity and honesty he applies to AI transformation to one of the most dynamic areas of the economy. He believes the most effective technology is built around a real understanding of the people it is meant to serve, shaped by genuine relationships at every stage.
